Arkansas Flights GuideArkansas is a landlocked state toward the middle of the United States of America and is known for its diverse parks and scenic views. Visit the Crater of Diamonds State Park to see if you can strike diamonds - these dirt fields are dug through year round and occasionally, a lucky tourist finds a diamond! The Hot Springs National Park is great fun, with its bathhouses. Or, go for a different type of water adventures at Lake Ouachita, which has opportunities for camping and fishing.
Many tourists also visit the Mississippi River and Eureka Springs. Arkansas's capital is the city of Little Rock, and other smaller cities include Fayetteville, Fort Smith, Bentonville, and North Little Rock. You can book a ticket into the Arkansas International Airport or the Little Rock National Airport. Expect the summer months of June through August to be quite warm and humid, but rainfall can be uncommon in August as Arkansas is susceptible to droughts during this time. Otherwise there is a decent amount of rainfall, and weather is largely pleasant for the remainder of the year.
