The extensive road system of Dehli connects the city to many others including Noida, Gurgaon and Faridabad. The metro system offers rapid transit to those cities as well as Ghaziabad. Rail systems and the international airport also offer transportation to other parts of the country.

Delhi is known for monsoon season, but that shouldn't stop anyone from visiting. The highest temperature of about 40 degrees occurs between April and June. The lowest temperatures drop to about 22 degrees between December and January. Monsoon season begins at the end of June and runs through the first half of September. Although the rain can be a bit of a hassle, all other times of the year are ideal for visiting Delhi. Anytime a festival is coming up are also perfect times to make the trip to witness all the excitement.
