Montego Bay's tropical climate ensures that its hot and sunny throughout the year. July is the warmest month with temperatures averaging at 30 degrees celsius while winters average around 25 degrees. The dry season from December through the month of April is a popular time to visit Montego Bay. This means higher travel expenses and larger crowds. The wet season from May through November is usually a better time in terms of expenses but are prone to short downpours. Avoid the months of July and August if you aren't too fond of extremely warm temperatures.
