The famous Running of the Bulls as well as other festivities occur in July - which is a must-see, if you don't mind the summer heat or the crowds of tourists. If you'd rather visit the city for its glory despite the festivities, visit in April, May, September, or October for the most pleasant weather and thinner crowds.
