Rhode Island is the smallest of all the United States - but its called the Ocean State because of its beautiful coastlines. The Roger Williams Park zoo is a big attraction, as is the mansions: such as the Marble House and Rosecliff. On select nights, Waterfire occurs in the waterways of Providence, in which coals within the water light aflame for a celestial and gorgeous experience. Aside from Providence and Newport, other cities include Warwick, Cranston, Narragansett, and Woonsocket. Fly into T.F. Green Airport in Providence. Temperatures can get quite warm in May through August, with serious snowfall and bitter cold temperatures in December through March.
