Shanghai Flights GuideShanghai is China's largest and wealthiest city. Its breathtaking skyline and numerous historical landmarks are just a few reasons why it should be on your travel list. Come to Shanghai and see the Bund, the Yuyuan Gardens, the bright, colourful city lights when the sun falls beneath the horizon. With millions of inhabitants and a vibrant city life, there will never be a dull moment in Shanghai.
Public transit within the city is reliable and fast. The subway system extends to the city limits, while trains, including the bullet train, can take you from city to city throughout China. Driving in Shanghai is very different than in North America, so I wouldn't recommend renting a car for yourself.
Shanghai experiences four seasons, not to the extent that North America might, but nonetheless the summers are rainy and hot while the fall cools to an overcast winter and the spring begins to warm up. It is best to visit Shanghai is in October and November. These fall months have the most comfortable temperatures and tourism has died down. You may not notice, however, because the city is so populated by the locals!
